ok, so as I try my hand at healthier eating, living etc we now house a compost bin with our very own breeding worms, we eat half fortified white pasta mixed with half whole wheat (tonya) and thanks to leslie my kids will now eat brown rice (ok well 3 out of 4) here we go...
